FAQ
- What does the AI agenda generator deliver?
- It delivers a structured meeting agenda in Markdown. Expect objectives, a time-boxed schedule, discussion points and facilitator prompts, plus an action-item template for owners and deadlines. It is not a meeting recording transcription tool.
- Can I make a meeting agenda from just a few notes?
- Yes. Paste your notes into the input box. Add the meeting goal and participant roles where possible. If essential context is missing, the Agent may ask a follow-up question rather than treating guesses as confirmed arrangements.
- Which meeting types and durations can I choose?
- Choose a team sync, brainstorming session or strategy review, lasting 15, 30 or 60 minutes. Describe specific scenarios such as sprint planning in your request. There is currently no 90-minute, two-hour or custom-duration option.
- Can I upload background documents?
- An optional background-document field is present, and text-only requests also work. Attachment handoff still needs verification. For now, paste key passages into the input box; specific file types, size limits and automatic parsing results are not promised here.
- Does the action-item template track tasks automatically?
- No. It provides fields for tasks, owners and deadlines to fill in during the meeting. Participants must confirm real decisions and assignments. It neither updates task status automatically nor extracts conclusions from a meeting that has not happened.
- Is it free, and do I need to sign in?
- You need to sign in to Loomi to generate an agenda. Check your account and the information shown at generation time for available credits and costs. This page does not promise unlimited free use or a no-registration workflow.
- How long does generation take? Is five seconds guaranteed?
- There is no verified fixed turnaround time or five-second guarantee. Input length, attachments and service conditions can affect the wait. Follow the Agent's actual response after submitting your request.
- Can I export the agenda to Word or PowerPoint?
- Standard delivery for this tool is a Markdown text agenda you can copy and edit. Its current execution instructions do not specify automatic DOCX or PPTX creation. Document styling in the illustrations is not a downloadable-file guarantee.
- Are the pictured meeting agendas actual tool outputs?
- No. The current images are AI-generated structural illustrations, including durations beyond the supported settings and concept interfaces. Actual delivery is a text agenda planned for your selected 15, 30 or 60 minutes. Review it before sharing.
- Will a time-boxed agenda prevent every meeting overrun?
- No. A time-boxed agenda supports facilitation but cannot guarantee timing. Agree on priorities beforehand, follow the schedule during the meeting, and record newly raised topics separately for later discussion.
