Features
- Review then rewrite——Reviewed against top-journal standards first — novelty, methods, argumentation, writing — then rewritten on the basis of the review. One continuous pass.
- Data stays untouched——Never invents or alters experimental data, formulas, figure conclusions or citations. Terminology unified throughout; only the language layer is touched.
- Bilingual对照 output——English final delivered with a Chinese mirror, paragraph by paragraph, so you can verify the original meaning yourself before submitting.
- De-AI-flavored polish——Varied sentence rhythm, Moreover-style clichés removed. Reads like you on a good day — just smoother.
- Photos upload fine——Word, PDF, TXT — even a phone photo of a printed page. The agent reads images directly, so no format conversion first.
- Response letter draft——Got a major revision? Upload the reviewer comments and get each point interpreted plus a polite, professional English response letter.
How it works
- Upload the manuscript Drag in Word, PDF or TXT; a phone photo or screenshot of a printed page works too — the AI reads the text for you.

- Get report and Word Review report plus editable Word files (clean final and tracked-changes version) delivered together — plus an English response letter when reviewer comments are provided.
FAQ
- Is there a free online tool I can use?
- Yes — this page is the tool. Upload your manuscript (Word, PDF, TXT, or even a phone photo), pick review-then-rewrite, similarity or response-letter mode, and generate after signing in. You get a review report plus editable Word files (clean final and tracked-changes version) in one go.
- I only have a photo of my paper. OK?
- Yes. JPG, PNG and WEBP photos or screenshots upload directly — the agent transcribes the text by reading the image, no conversion needed. Tips: keep the photo sharp and front-facing, crop out formulas and tables, and redact any unpublished sensitive data first.
- Will the rewrite look AI-written?
- Keep your research fingerprints in the text: real sample sizes, parameters, p-values and citations — things AI cannot invent for you. We unify style and remove AI-cliché phrasing, and journals such as Nature and Elsevier ask you to disclose AI polishing. Language polish plus disclosure is compliant; ghostwriting core ideas and hiding it is misconduct.
- QuillBot or ChatGPT for papers?
- Different strengths: QuillBot paraphrases sentence by sentence and is great for beginners lowering similarity; ChatGPT-class models restructure whole paragraphs and unify tone, but need careful prompting and fact-checking. This tool does both in one pass — plus a simulated peer review neither of them offers.
- Can rewriting be detected?
- No single detector is fully reliable — not Turnitin AI detection, GPTZero or Originality.ai — and false positives hit non-native authors hardest. Our paraphrasing rewrites language without touching meaning, data or citations. Honest advice: never trust a promised similarity score from any tool outside the database; always re-check with your school system after rewriting.
- Paste my whole paper in at once?
- No need. Upload the whole document and the agent processes it section by section (about 500–800 words each): review first, then rewrite, then merge. Very long theses are handled the same way — one upload, automatic chunking.
- Do journals allow AI rewriting?
- COPE, Nature and Elsevier all require authors to disclose AI use. Language polishing with disclosure sits inside the boundary most journals allow; fabricating data or citations, or ghostwriting the core contribution, does not. Always check your target journal's latest AI policy before submitting — if in doubt, keep the bilingual version as your audit trail.
