Lecture poster generator: turn talk title, speaker, time and venue into a formal announcement poster. Exact dates, print and social sizes. Try it free.
Features
- Exact dates & names——Base visual reserves clean zones, then code overlays every word and proofreads it against your input. Dates and names come out exact.
- Optional uploads——Speaker photo, university logo and theme image are all optional. Upload what you have; the layout adapts when you skip.
- 3 sizes in one go——Portrait print for notice boards, square for feeds, 9:16 for stories — generated from one request.
- Formal academic look——Classic, modern-minimal and grand-formal styles. Dignified by default, never meme or anime.
How it works
- Details plus speaker photo Type the title, speaker, time and venue, and upload the speaker photo — one is enough, likeness matters most.
- Add a theme visual Add one theme image as the key visual (dig site, lattice curves, anything topical); the logo gets its reserved spot automatically.
- Export, print and share Get the print portrait plus the square social version, check the four essentials once, then post and share.
FAQ
- Can I make a lecture poster with just one speaker photo?
- Yes. Upload the speaker photo and it is blended into the portrait zone with the face kept identical. No photo at all? The poster is filled with a restrained academic visual for the topic — we never invent a fake human face.
- How do you keep poster dates and names accurate?
- That is exactly what the two-track pipeline is for. The image model only paints the base visual with clean reserved zones and is told not to write small text; all wording — title, names, dates, venue — is then overlaid character by character with code and proofread against your input. Before exporting, please still check the four items: title, name, date and venue.
- Is a lecture poster the same as a research poster?
- No — they are different jobs. A lecture poster announces a talk: big title, speaker, date and time, venue, organizers. A research poster turns a whole paper into a conference board. This tool makes the announcement poster; if you need paper-to-board, our Academic Poster Generator (paper to PPTX) is the complementary tool for that.
- Can I get print and square social sizes at once?
- Yes. One request can produce the portrait print version (A3/A4 ratio) plus the square social version — and a 9:16 story version if you need it. Same talk, ready for the notice board, the article cover and the group chat.
- How do I add our logo and a sign-up QR code?
- Upload your university or organizer logo and it is placed per standard practice — top-left or the organizer strip — scaled down only, never stretched or recolored. Give us a sign-up link or text and we generate a real QR code in the info zone; decorative fake QR codes are never used.
- Is export free? Will there be a watermark?
- Posters export in high definition for screen and print. Free quotas, watermark and login policy follow whatever the site's billing page currently states — if anything looks off, tell us before you print.
