Features
- 4 glitch styles——RGB split, digital tear, VHS signal, flicker & freeze — pick the right flavor on the first try instead of rolling the dice.
- 3 intensity levels——Subtle, Medium, Extreme. Afraid of looking fake or not wild enough? You decide the dose.
- Face stays visible——The glitch only touches the picture layer, never the subject — face, outfit and product logos stay exactly as they were.
- Photo to video——One photo in, about 5 seconds of vertical video out, ending on a clean frame that loops seamlessly.
How it works
- Upload one photo Selfies, group shots or screenshots all work — jpg, png or webp, straight from your camera roll.
- Pick style and intensity Pick from RGB split, tear, VHS or freeze; set intensity subtle, medium or extreme; choose vertical, square or wide.
- Generate the video Get about 5 seconds of loopable glitch video. Post it to TikTok as is, or drop it into your edit as b-roll.
FAQ
- Is it free? Do I need a subscription?
- No app download, no Photoshop timeline to learn. Open the page, upload one photo and generate — just sign in and it runs. No subscription wall before you can try.
- I only have one selfie. Is that enough?
- Yes — one selfie is completely enough. Glitch is frame-level RGB split, tearing and noise, so a single photo is actually easier to control. Upload one shot and get about 5 seconds of vertical glitch video back.
- How do I make the RGB split look real?
- Three rules: shift only the red or blue channel, cut just 3–5 thin tear bands at high-contrast edges, and keep ~70% of frames clean with occasional flashes. Start at Medium intensity — full-frame non-stop shaking is what looks fake.
- CapCut, Photoshop, or this — which is best?
- Photoshop has the highest ceiling but takes real skill; CapCut is great but needs you to bring your own video clips. Ours wins when you have just one photo and want a finished video: no installs, no timeline, one upload and done.
- Can it do TikTok glitch transitions?
- Honestly: we make single-photo glitch videos, not transitions between two video clips. The TikTok shake-transition needs two overlapping clips plus a boom sound — generate your glitch clip here, then drop it into CapCut as transition material.
- Can I glitch a friend's photo for fun?
- Technically yes, but ask your friend first — group-chat jokes stay fun only with consent. For anything commercial, stick to photos and screenshots you own the rights to.
